Должностные обязанности:
  • Performs service activities (Repairs, Planned Maintenance and Installations) in local Repair Center and on customer sites;
  • Follows technical guidelines to perform work in line with internal and customer procedures and EHS regulations;
  • Initiates Escalation Procedure if required;
  • Takes part into on-duty rotation (business hours only);
  • Builds and develops professional relationships with existing customers to achieve customer loyalty to the company;
  • Coordinates own work schedule with relevant internal (Service Administrator, Team Leader, colleagues) and external parties;
  • Assures that own activities are in line with the activities of the rest of the local teams;
  • Promotes within customers available company products and services;
  • Maintains and develops own technical skills and experience;
  • Shares his knowledge with others teams and team members;
  • Develops set of softs skills focused on communications, customer relationships, structured approach and time management;
  • Timely submits accurate reports on own activities as appropriate: engineer reports, planned maintenance reports, installation reports, expense reports, etc;
  • Maintains in proper conditions assigned by the company tools, communications devices and other assets.
Профессиональные навыки:
  • Higher Engineering education (Master’s Degree or equivalent);
  • Experience in Filed repairs required travels outside of home city;
  • Willingness to travel 25-75% of the time (subject of seasonality) within Russia and CIS countries;
  • Strong technical skills (mechanical, optical, electronic, IT, networking);
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced verbal and written English;
  • Customer facing experience;
  • Troubleshooting experience;
  • Self-sufficient in handling and setting priorities in multitasking environment under time pressure;
  • Team player who can effectively integrate internal and field based activities across functions to support customer requirements;
  • Individual will also need to balance and prioritize the requirements of several internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing environment;
  • Manage time effectively.
